Fritz Johnny Kloppe Jr.
MAY 19, 1938 – SEPTEMBER 15, 2018

Fritz J. Kloppe of Missouri City passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018. He is survived by his wife, David Sue Kloppe; cousins, Dew Ann Cotton and Marla Cotton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fritz J. Kloppe, Sr. and Dorothea Kloppe. Fritz was born in Dallas, Texas, on May 19, 1938; however, he lived the majority of his life in Houston. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School and later received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corp of Cadets. Fritz was an outgoing, fun-loving person. He most enjoyed going to A&M football games, fishing and bird hunting with his friends and family. He loved meeting new people and being with good friends. Fritz was blessed to have many treasured long-time friends. After graduating from A&M, he worked in landscape architecture. He later owned and operated Dewey’s Amusement and worked for Home Shade and Floor Covering Company in Pasadena, Texas. Visitation and services will be at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, 12555 S. Kirkwood, Stafford. Visitation is 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 20, 2018. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
