Karl Phillip Kuehn
March 07, 1935 - August 13, 2018
Karl Phillip Kuehn, 83, of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018.
Services will be at a later date.
Karl was born on March 7, 1935 in Henrietta, Texas to Charlie H. and Ruth M. (Duewall) Kuehn. He was an A&M graduate of 1957 and served his country in the US Army where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and he also taught Real Estate at EPCC. He married Ruth (Speir) on June 14, 1961 in Fort Sill and he and Ruth traveled extensively to all seven continents, his favorite being Antarctica which he visited twice. Karl and Ruth are members of the First Christian Church in Henrietta.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years Ruth Kuehn of Wichita Falls, Texas; children, Clayton Kuehn and wife Sharon, Kathryn Byrd and husband Mike, Karl Phillip Kuehn II and wife Maritza, and Charla O’Brien and husband Dave; grandchildren, Clayton Kuehn, Carlos Cuevas, Karey Steward, Marco Cuevas, Raechel Pineda, Amanda Kuehn, Victoria Mozingo, Charlie Steward, Kenpie Steward, Cheyenne Kuehn, Andrew Kuehn and Samuel Kuehn; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Moser; nieces, Beverly Kearns and Norma Johnston; great-nieces, Kimberly Vaughan and Brittany Kearns; sister-in-law, LaMonte Doleman.
