Ned Fowler, 90, of Beaumont, died Sunday, January 14, 2018. He was born on September 30, 1927, in Columbus, to Renata Hilmer Fowler and Henry Cornelius Fowler, and was a United States Navy veteran.
Ned graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelors of Science in 1948 and was a member of the Beaumont A&M Club. He was a registered professional engineer in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Ned retired as president of Ideco Dresser Rigs and Equipment.
Ned is survived by his wife, Rose Mary Magliolo Fowler; daughter, Darlene Jackson and her husband, Terry; grandsons, Ryan Jackson and David Jackson; sister, Renee Sheffield and her husband, Reverend Earl Sheffield; and nieces and nephews.

A gathering of Mr. Fowler’s family and friends will be 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 18, 2018, at Broussard’s, with his entombment
to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
