Jacob Cole Nagode (Southwood Chapel)
(July 5, 1994 - October 2, 2017)

Jacob Cole Nagode, age 23, son of Neil and Barbara Nagode, Tulsa, passed away on Friday October 2nd at his home in Austin, TX. Complications from Type 1 diabetes called him much too soon. Jacob, a proud Texas Aggie and Delta Kappa Epsilon brother, graduated Texas A&M in December 2016 and Joined 49 Financial shortly thereafter. A Financial Fellow with 49 Financial, Jacob reveled in the opportunity to improve lives through loyalty, unquestioned integrity, selfless teamwork, abundant gratitude, and deep conviction. Jacob’s open and authentic approach with people made him a valued friend and confidante. He loved playing basketball, working out, hanging out with friends and of course cheering on his beloved Texas Aggies. Family was paramount to Jacob and he was unparalleled in his commitment to his parents and siblings. He fiercely supported all of his siblings, friends and coworkers. In addition to his parents, Jacob is survived by Katelyn, Abby, Luke, Amy & Becca. Rosary and Remembrance Service will be held Friday, October 6th at 7pm at the Church of Saint Mary, Tulsa. Funeral Mass will be at 10am Saturday, October 7th at St Mary. Jacob will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery, 91st and Harvard, Tulsa, OK. There will be a reception at St. Mary, following Mass and interment. In lieu of flowers the family requests making donations in his name to the American Diabetes Association.
