Steven Shawn Green
October 21, 1970 - July 20, 2017
Steven Shawn Green was born on October 21, 1970 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M in 1994. On March 16, 2002, he married Amy Nicole Folse in Houston, Texas. Steven enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, and cooking. He was tremendously loyal to his friends and found the greatest joy in spending time with family.
Steven Shawn Green passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017 in Houston, Texas at the age of 46 years.
He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Amy Green; by his eight year old son, Shawn Green; his parents, Bill & Betty Green and Shirley & Gene Long; his siblings, Liane & Kent Scott and Donnie & Joan Green; as well as many loving family member and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the Schmidt Funeral Home Grand Parkway Chapel, in Katy, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at the St. Faustina Catholic Church, in Fulshear. Interment will be private.
