Norman Manning
May 23, 2016

Norman Manning, 75, passed away Monday, May 23, 2016 at a local hospital.

Norman was born in Thrall, TX on April 5, 1941 to Edward Manning and Audrey Marie Williams Manning. He was married to Shirley Manning for 43 years.

Norman received his law degree from St. Mary’s University. From the mid 1960’s to 1970’s, he served as County Attorney and District Attorney for Williamson County and was in private practice from 1983-2005 with his brother, Raymond Manning.

He is survived by his children, Jon Manning and wife Lisa of Taylor and Will Manning and wife, Kristina of Salado; grandchildren, Kayla and Amy Manning, two sisters and four brothers.

Norman is predeceased by his parents, wife, and sister, Shirley Bates.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Friday, May 27, 2016 at Providence Funeral Home Chapel with Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M.

Celebration of Life Mass will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, May 28, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic School Fund.
