Raymond William Dixon Jr. went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014. Service: Please join the family at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Grapevine Church of Christ. Visitation: Friends and family are encouraged to gather from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bluebonnet
Hills Funeral Home. Raymond was born on Aug. 4, 1934, in Dallas to Raymond and Fay Dixon. He went on to graduate from Adamson High School and the DeVry Institute. Raymond married the love of his life, Patsy, and together they shared 59 wonderful years of marriage.
In 1986 he retired his position as an electronic engineer. With a determined spirit he continued to own and maintain rental property up to his death. Raymond was a man of many talents, he played several musical instruments and flew private airplanes. He enjoyed
golf, movies, and spending time with his grandchildren. Raymond will be remembered for his strong faith and devotion to family. Raymond was preceded in death by both parents. Survivors: He is survived by wife, Patsy; son, Derrell and wife, Davalyn; grandsons,
Dylan and wife, Isabeau, Duncan and Dawson; great-grandson, Kaden; sister, Melba Carver; and a host of friends.
