Lawson Lee Freeman
May 11, 1961 - October 22, 2016
Lawson Freeman, 55, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Lawson was born in Fort Worth, Texas to RB and Betty Barnard Freeman on May 11, 1961. He graduated with honors from Texas A&M University in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum
Engineering. Lawson had an eventful career with more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry; most recently serving as Vice President of Business Development for Noble Energy.
Lawson loved mountain climbing, hiking, running, motocross, spending time with family, and watching Aggie football. His charisma and outlook made him quickly become a mentor and friend to everyone he met. He had an unwavering sense of ethics and morals that
was inspiring to his friends and family.
Lawson is preceded in death by his father, RB, and his mother, Betty Barnard Freeman. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Terri; son Taylor, his wife Megan, and grandson Cooper; son Spencer; son Bradley, his wife Amanda; twin sister Laurie; sister
Teresa.
Lawson was a caring and loving husband, a passionate father, an exceptional brother, an overjoyed grandfather, a loyal friend and zealous Christian. His love for his friends and family will always be remembered.

The visitation and funeral for Lawson Freeman will be held at Woodland Oaks Church of Christ on Sunday, October 30th, 2016. Visitation will begin at 2pm and the funeral service will be immediately following at 3pm. Burial will follow at Forest Park-The Woodlands
