Julius Moreno Jr.(1925 - 2016)
July 4, 1925 - October 19, 2016
Julius Moreno, Jr. was received into the Everlasting Arms and welcomed home by his loving Lord on October 19, 2016. He is survived by his beloved wife Alice Moreno of 62 years, his daughter Sandra Werner (Geoff), grandchildren Alexander Kolb, Aubrey Kolb, and Garrett Werner. Julius was the second oldest of nine children. He is survived by his brothers Tony, Jim, and Ben. After serving in the USAF he received a degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and he retired from Kelly AFB after 32 years. He loved traveling with his wife and playing golf. He was a faithful member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, served as a leader in the Emmaus group, and on numerous church committees. He was loved by all and will truly be missed. Graveside Service will be on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 10 AM., Sunset Memorial Park. Followed by a Memorial Service to begin 11:30 A.M. to Celebrate his Life at Covenant Presbyterian Church.
