Kaylee Caroline Platz-Panico

September 4, 2016
Kaylee Caroline Platz-Panico, 22, passed away on September 4, 2016 along with the love of her life Sebastian Michael Sample, 24.
She was born on December 30, 1993 in Tomball Texas, to James Panico and Korey Kay Platz. She attended Magnolia High School and graduated 3rd in her 2012 graduating class, and then continued on to attend the University of Texas and Texas A&M where she graduated with honors Magna Cum Laude in May 2016. She received a Bachelor of Biology degree and Minored in Oceanography. She studied abroad in Italy in the summer of 2015. Kaylee was eagerly awaiting acceptance into Dental school which she would have begun in the fall of 2017. She was currently employed at the office of Megan Scarborough, DDS.
Kaylee is survived by her parents, Korey Platz and James Panico; grandparents, Danny and Lynda Platz; aunts and uncles: Traci and Gary Whittier, Stacy and Tim Clark, and Lena Burke; cousins: Cody Platz, Kalob Watson, Kaitlyn Drake, Chelsea Martin, Hunter Martin, Zachary Martin; and her cousin and best friend, Lillian Margaret Burke.
Paternal grandmother, Elsie Panico; aunts and uncles: Annie Hendricks, Mary and George Gathright, Cathi and Anthony Frisenda, Madeline and Ardy Darcy, Annie and Blos Olivarez, Jessica and Jerry Buster, Thomas Panico; and numerous cousins.
She is preceded in death by grandfather, Thomas Panico; aunt, Lillian Hollinguest; grandparents, R.F. and Margaret Platz, and DC and Mary Jo Anderson.
We invite you to join us in a Celebration of Kaylee’s life on September 17, 2016 at 3:00pm. The gathering will take place at First Assembly of God, Conroe 3993 I45 North, Conroe, Tx 77304.
