Joe Benton Brown, 68, of Henrietta, Texas, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2011 in Henrietta. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Henrietta with Rev. Howard Walker, pastor of the First Christian Church in Henrietta officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta. Joe was born September 16, 1942 to Benton J. and Lena Estelle (Adams) Brown in Wichita Falls, TX. He was a Rancher and worked for J.V. Piping of Houston, TX. Survivors include his wife, Tamara Brown of Henrietta, TX; two sons, Bence Brown of Damascus, Syria and Jason Brown and his wife Julie of Lake Arrowhead, TX; one sister, Carol Whitley and her husband Ed of Henrietta, TX.
