Stewart Sisco, 64, of Bryan, passed away peacefully into eternal life on Thursday, September 9, 2010.
A memorial service is set for 4 p.m. Sunday, September 12, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Bryan. A reception will follow in the Parish Hall.
Stewart was born September 8, 1946, in Brenham, Texas, to Jack and Willie Mae Sisco and graduated from SFA High School in Bryan in 1965.
In 1970, he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M. He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church and the Bryan Evening Lions Club. Stewart recently retired from Dudley Construction and loved spending time at his country home, walking many miles a day, playing 42 and spending time with first grandchild Kenzie, born July 21st, 2010. He will be deeply missed.
Survivors include his mother, Willie Mae Sisco; son and daughter-in-law, Wren and Becky Sisco and their baby girl, Kenzie; sister, Brenda Watson; brothers and sister-in-law, Russell and Carol Sisco and Gordon
Sisco; sisters and brother-in-law, Debbie and Jim Smith and Carol Ward, all of the B/CS area; close nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley or Bethel Lutheran Church Building Fund.
