Q: Do I need to get a Ring ticket? Back to top
A: Yes. You must have a Ring ticket to pick up your Aggie Ring on Aggie Ring Day.
Q: When and where do I get my Ring ticket? Back to top
A: Ring tickets will be available ONLINE at http://www.aggienetwork.com/Ring/RingDayTicket.aspx beginning at 7am, Friday, April 5. *Ring tickets will NOT be distributed at the Clayton W. Williams Jr. Alumni Center the morning of Aggie Ring Day.
Q: How do I get my preferred ticket number? Back to top
A: You can select your Aggie Ring pick-up time! We expect the early group ticket numbers to go fast, so plan to to select your Ring Ticket early if you need to pick up your Aggie Ring by a specific time. Each group of tickets will have a limited quantity available. The earlier you log on, the better chance you will have of getting your preferred group number ticket. If all the tickets for your preferred group have been distributed, simply select another group number ticket. See the ticket/group # schedule.

A: You need an account on this website. If you don't have an account, you can register easily using your UIN.
Q: Do I need to print my Ring ticket? Back to top
A: Yes. You will need to print your Ring ticket and bring it with you on Aggie Ring Day.
Q: Can I select my Ring ticket and print it at a later time? Back to top
A: Yes. Once you select your Ring ticket, the information will be saved. You can print your Ring ticket at a later time by going back to http://www.aggienetwork.com/Ring/RingDayTicket.aspx.
Q: What if I lose my Ring ticket? Back to top
A: You can reprint your ticket at any time by going to http://www.aggienetwork.com/Ring/RingDayTicket.aspx.

Ring Questions
Q: Besides my Ring ticket, what else do I need to bring to pick up my Aggie Ring? Back to top
A: You will need 2 of the following items to pick up your Aggie Ring:
- Ring receipt
- Student ID card
- Driver's license
Q: What if I lost my Ring receipt? Back to top
A: You may pick up your Aggie Ring if you have both your driver’s license and student ID card.
Q: When does Ring Delivery begin? Back to top
A: Ring Delivery kicks off the firing of the Spirit of '02 Canon at the Alumni Center at 1:30 p.m.
Q: When will I get my Ring? Back to top
A: The first Group # tickets will be called at 1:30 p.m. The following groups will be called *approximately every 15 minutes thereafter.
*In order for everyone to receive their Aggie Ring in a timely manner, please exit the Ring Area after you receive your Aggie Ring so that the next group of students may enter. See the ticket/group # schedule
Q: Where do I go to get my Ring? Back to top
A: Aggie Ring Day is held at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center. Please wait outside until your Group Ticket # is called. When your ticket is next, you may line up under the banner located in the Haynes Ring Plaza: Last names A-H, I-R, S-Z. Delivery is divided in 3 areas inside the building and you will need to go to the appropriate balloon arch based on your last name: A-H, I-R, S-Z (map)
Q: What if my Group #'s time has already passed? Back to top
A: Please wait until the next time your group is called again when multiple groups are allowed in. Entry into the Ring Delivery Areas will only be allowed if it is either your group’s approximated time slot, or when multiple groups are called in. See schedule for clarification.
Q: Can my family and friends come in with me when I pick up my Aggie Ring? Back to top
A: Absolutely.
Q: Where do I go after I get my Aggie Ring? Back to top
A: Exit the Ring Delivery Area through the appropriate doors to get your Aggie Ring Day sticker. The doors will lead you outside where you can go to one of the photo stations to have a professional picture taken of you with your new Aggie Ring!
Q: Can I pick my Aggie Ring up early? Back to top
A: No. If you are unable to pick up your Ring during Ring Delivery, you can pick it up at the Aggie Ring Office during normal business hours any day thereafter.
Parking
Q: Where can I park? Back to top
A: Visitor parking is available at the West Campus Garage (WCG) and the University Center Garage (UCG). Rates for parking at the garages can be found by clicking here.
*Those with a valid parking permit may park at either their regular parking lot or at Reed Arena Lot 100.
*Limited disabled parking spaces are available in our circle drive along Houston Street.
*The Aggie Ring Shuttle will run between the WCG and the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center from 12:30 - 9:15 p.m.
Picture Questions
Q: How will I get my one free photo? Back to top
A: Your photo will be mailed to the address on the envelope you receive with your Aggie Ring.
Q: Does the picture from the photographer cost anything? Back to top
A: No. You get one free professional photo. If you would like to order additional photos, or an Aggie Ring Day photo package, please visit www.myphotosystems.net.

A: Choose from one of the four picture stations below to take your free professional picture:
* In case of inclement weather, picture stations will be canceled - 12 Ft. Haynes Ring Replica (located on the Spence Park side of the Alumni Center - 2 picture stations)
- Bus 12 (located on the Houston St. side of the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center)
- Interlocking Ring Sculpture - Gift of the Class of '94 (located on the Houston St. side of the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center)

A: You should receive your photo in approximately 4-6 weeks after Aggie Ring Day.
Q: What if I want additional copies of my picture? Back to top
A: Visit www.myphotosystems.net & click on “Enter Here”
- Click one of the selections: Events within last 30, 6 or 90 days of the event date.
- If beyond 90 day time frame, type AGGIE RING DAY in the search area; all Ring Day events will be shown. Locate date of Ring Day desired. *No password needed, just click "Login".
- Click on Photographer # 1 through #4 to locate your image.
Q: Can I take personal photos at the professional stations? Back to top
A: No. In order for everyone to have time to take a professional photo, we ask that you do not take personal photos at the professional stations.
Q: Can I take pictures in the Ring Delivery Area? Back to top
A: Yes, but please limit the number of pictures at this time. There are over 4,000 excited Aggies waiting their turn to pick up their Rings. In order for everyone to receive their Aggie Ring in a timely manner, it is best to take a few pictures and exit the delivery area. There are many fantastic photo opportunities around the building where you may take your time capturing this special occasion.

A: There are 3 portable restrooms located outside along the walkway and one on the first floor of the building in the east wing. Take the hallway to the right of the Huddleston Video Wall. (map)

A: Bottled water will be sold at the concession stand located next to the Haynes Ring Plaza. (map)
* There is not a water fountain in the building.
Q: Where can I find a place to sit down? Back to top
A: The area in and around the building will be extremely crowded. Please keep in mind that seating is unavailable in most areas.
Q: Where can I go if I get hot? Back to top
A: Daily weather trends have been very warm and much of the time will be spent outdoors. There is very limited space within the building to wait. Please look for the cool mist station located in Spence Park for an opportunity to get out of the heat. (map)
Ring Ticket Schedule
Students with Group # 1 tickets will be called at 1:30 p.m. to receive their Aggie Rings. The following groups will be called approximately every 15 minutes thereafter. If you miss your group time slot, you must wait until it is called again at the top of the hour beginning at 3 p.m.
