Dr. Gwendolyn Foote receives Doctoral Degree in Education
Dr. Gwendolyn (Wendy) Foote was conferred at Commencement of NOVA Southeastern University, June 2014, with the Doctoral Degree in Education in a double concentration of Special Education and Instructional leadership.
Dr. Foote was also inducted into Phi Gamma Sigma International Professional Honor Society. She holds B.S. Degrees in Biomedical Science from the College of Veterinary Medicine, Texas A&M University (Class of '75), a Master’s Degree in Art/ Psychology/ Sociology, and an Education Degree, with Specialty Certificates in Special Education and Gifted Education.
Dr. Gwendolyn Foote teaches at Nautilus Middle School, Miami Beach, Florida. She is Department Chair for the Science Department and coordinator for Science Fair, SECME (Science Engineering Communication Mathematics Enhancement), and STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) science competitions.
