This is your notice that The Association of Former Students registration site is now available!

As we type, 35 rooms have already been reserved by classmates for our gathering, so that leaves very few remaining in the available block of rooms at Embassy Suites. Other hotels are available in close proximity to Embassy Suites if needed. We are researching additional hotels and will make that information available on this web page. 

You’ll notice as you review the agenda that many of our activities are to be held inside the Embassy Suites facility, and many other interesting sites you may choose to visit are close by. That will make all events more convenient for attendees who are mobility impaired. For example, we’ll load the boats for the river cruise at our hotel so all can participate. 

Speaking of river boats, we must reserve enough boats to take our attendees, so PLEASE, PLEASE REGISTER WITH THE ASSOCIATION PROMPTLY! We also need to know how many to prepare for at our Tuesday night Class Dinner. Plenty of time is available for individual or smaller-group outings, so you’ll have ample time for touring, shopping, visiting, etc. 

We look forward to seeing all of you on the river in San Antonio May 14-17! Your Class Agents are awaiting anxiously the visiting with all at the free Embassy Suites morning breakfast gatherings down in the lobby, as we doubt that many of you will be down there in the late afternoons for the free open bar.

A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for the Class of '64 Mini Reunion. Be sure to reference the Group Code: TAM to receive the special group rate for the weekend. Call and make your reservation today as many of the hotels fill up fast!

REUNION SCHEDULE

’64 CLASS DINNER ON TUESDAY NIGHT
A special dinner will be held on Tuesday night for the Class of ’64. The menu for the dinner buffet will include the following:

Field Greens with Tomatoes, Red Onions, Texas Goat Cheese, and Chopped Pecans served with Ranch Dressing
Potato Salad with Peppers and Onions tossed in Lemon Oil
Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Au jus
Free Range Honey Roasted Chicken Breast
Shrimp Sautéed with Garlic, Onions, Herbs, and White Wine
Roasted Wild Mix Fingerling Potatoes
Green and Yellow Beans with Teardrop Tomatoes
Warm Dinner Rolls and Butter
Chocolate Cake & Cheesecake with Fruit Coulis

A cash bar will also be available. 

REUNION CHECK IN & REGISTRATION
After securing your room reservation, you can register online by clicking the link at the top of the page. If you have any questions, please contact the Former Student Programs office at The Association of Former Students at (800) 633-7514. 

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion. To ensure your admission, register before the May 3 deadline. All registrations received after this deadline are subject to availability, and will incur a $10 late fee until May 8 when registrations will no longer be taken.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
The Embassy Suites Hotel offers valet parking only, currently at $32.00 per day plus tax with in/out privileges or $17.00 per event/day parking plus tax, based upon availability, with no in/out privileges.

ATTIRE
Your Reunion is going to be a fun, casual affair. Feel free to dress comfortably as you will be exploring San Antonio. Be sure to check the weather forecast before making your way to San Antonio and pack accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800) 633-7514 no later than 12 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Registration changes after the May 3 deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
