ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for the ​Class of '56 ​Mini Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the ​Inn on Barons Creek directly before ​March​ 4 at (​830) ​990-9202. Be sure to reference the Group Code: ​'56 A&M to receive the rate of $99 per night, plus tax. If you prefer to stay at another hotel in the area, please visit the ​Fredericksburg Visitors' website to ​view other hotel options. Call and make your reservation today as many of the hotels fill up fast!

REUNION CHECK IN & REGISTRATION
After securing your room reservation, you can print out and return the Reunion Registration Form by mail to The Association of Former Students, PO Box 10005., College Station, TX 77842, ATTN: Class of '56 Reunion; FAX 979-845-9263; or you can register online. If you have any questions, please contact the Former Student Programs office at The Association of Former Students at 800-633-7514. 

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion. Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the March 17 deadline. All registrations received after this deadline are subject to availability, and will incur a $10 late fee.

Monday Class Dinner- Grilled chicken with sherry mushroom sauce, thin sliced beef with red wine sauce, mashed potatoes, and bread pudding with caramel cream sauce
Tuesday Class Dinner- Caesar salad, meat & tomato lasagna, garlic bread, and lemon cake
Wednesday Class Dinner- Dill & sour cream cucumber salad, ursinger knockwurst with mustard, jaegar schnitzel topped with muschroom sauce with tomatoes, caraway sauerkraut, German potato salad with bacon & onion, and apple strudel

Your participation in the annual fund has a significant impact on the education experience of our students and provides the resources needed to support programs and activities for students and former students. CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800-633-7514) no later than 12:00 p.m. on March 20, 2017. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of your registration fee. Registration changes after the March 20, deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
