Class of '64 Mini Reunion

HOWDY
This is a message regarding our fall Mini Reunion in Fredericksburg. Luckily, Oct. 11-15 is the off weekend for Aggie football, so there shouldn’t be any excuses for the “never miss a game” football fans. The site that has been selected is arguably the most delightful small town in the state. Those of you who have spent time there know it’s true, and the rest of you need to come and see for yourselves. We have room blocks at the hotels listed below. They are just across the street from each other. We have a hospitality room at the Inn on Barons Creek. You are encouraged to bring snacks, games, as well as Good Bull stories. There are Reunion rates so be sure to ask for Class of ’64 Reunion at these hotels:

 
The deadline to register for the hotel is Sep. 11. There’s still time to sign up! Also, there are some other choices you can make here in this notice. When you’ve made reservations, email John Gabbert at jgabb@sbcglobal.net, or text at 903-715-5700 so you can be placed in the Reunion group email. There are already about 30 or more of your Classmates signed up. So, contact your fish ole lady and y’all get your arrangements made. Thank you!

REUNION CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION
After securing your room reservation, you can print out and return the Reunion Registration Form by mail to The Association of Former Students, PO Box 10005., College Station, TX 77842, ATTN: Class of '64 Reunion; FAX 979-845-9263; or you can register online. If you have any questions, please contact the Former Student Programs office at The Association of Former Students at 800-633-7514. 

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion Check-In Desk, which will open at the times listed on the schedule of events.  Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the Sep. 27 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $10 late fee.

ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for the Class of ‘64 Mini Reunion. Make your reservations by calling one of the hotels listed below.   Be sure to reference the Group Name: TAMU Class '64 Reunion.

HOSPITALITY ROOM
A hospitality room will be available at the Inn on Barons Creek for the Class of '64 to enjoy. You are encouraged to bring snacks, drinks (alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic), games, as well as Good Bull stories to share with your Classmates. Feel free to bring whatever else you would like to share with your Classmates to the hospitality room.

ATTIRE
​Your Reunion is going to be a run, casual affair. Feel free to dress comfortably as you will be walking across Fredericksburg and enjoying their downtown area. Be sure to check the weather forecast before making your was to Fredericksburg and pack accordingly.

FREDERICKSBURG ATTRACTIONS
Feel free to explore the town of Fredericksburg, or the surrounding areas, during your free time. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, Fredericksburg and the area offer something to suit everybody's interests. For more information on sites and attractions in and around Fredericksburg, click here.
