BRENNAN Ian Patrick Brennan joined the Lord on May 6, 2012, at the age of 33 while waiting for a heart transplant. He was the proud father of Ianna Elise Brennan. He is survived by his mother, Fonda Brennan; his brothers: Hans and Max; and his sisters: Robin and Lisa Gurtner. Ian graduated from Texas A&M University where he served as Deputy Corps Commander and earned his baccalaureate in Marine Transportation. He will be remembered by all for his remarkable achievements, his unending bravery and courage in battling his illness. His sense of humor and love touched many people's hearts. Family, friends, and his heart transplant team are invited to attend his funeral. Visitation will be on Friday, May 11th, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. immediately followed by a Mass at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, Covington LA. In lieu of flowers a benevolent fund for Ian Brennan has been set up at Capital One. Please consider becoming an organ donor in his memory. Arrangements by Bagnell & Son Funeral Home of Covington.
