Mr. Ramsey Harris, age 92 of McKinney, Texas passed away on January 21, 2008 in McKinney. He was born on June 28, 1915 in Granbury, Texas to C.C. and Kathleen (Doyle) Harris. He married Mildred Horn in April, 1962. Ramsey was the owner of Harris Funeral Home in McKinney and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of McKinney. He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Harris; sons, Doyle Harris, Ramsey Harris, Jr.; step-children, Joan Taylor and husband Bill of McKinney, Texas, Judy Lang of McKinney, Texas and Joe Durham. Ramsey is preceded in death by his wife Mildred; parents and his brother Doyle Harris. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Tuesday, January 21, 2008 to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 10:00 AM with Dr. John Blacklock officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park.
