The  National  WWII  Museum  is  extremely  honored  to  host  Victory  in  the  Pacific,  March  15  –25,  2019.  Led  by  renowned  experts  Richard  Frank  and  Jonathan  Parshall,  along  with  a  number  of  the  Museum’s  most  revered  historians,  we  will  travel  in  the  company  of  Pacific  Campaign  veterans  whose  stories  will  illuminate  your  experience.  Start  your  journey  at  Pearl  Harbor,  where  the  surprise  attack  on  December  7,  1941,  plunged  the  United  States  into  World  War  II.  Along  the  way,  visit  Saipan,  Tinian,  Guam,  and  attend  the  74th  commemoration  of  the  Battle  of  Iwo  Jima,  on  the  only  day  of  the  year  the  island  is  open  to  US  citizens.  Every  detail  has  been  arranged  for  you,  complete  with  meals  and  luxury  accommodations  throughout.    Extend  your  stay  with  a  1-night  optional  pre-tour  extension  in  Honolulu:  Remembering  the  Ultimate  Sacrifice  and  two  optional  post-tour  programs:  The  Battle  for  Peleliu,  visiting  Palau  and  Peleliu,  or  Road  to  Tokyo,  which  includes  Tokyo  and  Hiroshima.
