John Michael Hubert 

October 14, 1946 - December 15, 2024 

John M. Hubert, 78 years old, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024, after the fight of his life with cancer.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy D. Hubert, son, Travis Hubert and family, son, Lance Hubert (Telma and family), Juan, and Scott, and brother, Thomas Hubert (Lynda and family). I would like to thank his Border Patrol brothers for watching his back all those many years on the wild and crazy southern border. And we both enjoyed qualifying all of you retirees yearly. He always said "qualification only takes 30 minutes but because of the bullshit, it might take longer." He loved the Border Patrol, he loved shooting and he loved me- maybe not in that order. There will be no services at his request and he wanted to be cremated. The only regret I have is that I did not meet him sooner, so I could have loved him longer- Kathy Hubert
