Glendon D. Womble 

August 4, 1943 - May 20, 2023 

Glendon D. Womble passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023, at the age of 79. He was born August 4, 1943, to parents, J C and Edna Womble.

Glendon married Brenda Harmon June 15, 1962, Glendon graduated from Texas A&M University in 1965 and they moved back to Blue Ridge where he farmed and had an insurance agency and was a real estate broker.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda, son, Gaylon Womble and his wife Kristin, daughter Glenda Milton. Grandchildren: Justin Milton and wife, Mallory, Jordan Humphries and husband, Clay. Great Grandchildren: Landz, Hadley, Emery, and Maylee and her husband Jackson. Great Great Grandchild: Mabry. Glendon is also survived by his sister, Johnnie K Tignor and husband, Mike, brother-in-law, Ronald Harmon, and sister-in-law Holly Harmon along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Glendon was preceded in death by his parents.

The Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 10:00 am at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, FM 2756, Princeton, Texas.
