Class of '12, '19 Aggies among Black Hawk pilots for Sept. 10 flyover

Susan "Sue" Owen '94 September 6, 2022 11:21 AM updated: September 13, 2022 8:47 AM

Aggies from the Classes of '12 and '19 will be among the Black Hawk pilots over Kyle Field before Texas A&M's football game vs. Appalachian State.

Chief Warrant Officer 2 Carson Cosco ’12 and 1st Lt. Matthew Hall ’19 are part of Sept. 10's flyover of four helicopters from the 1st Battalion “Ghostriders” of the 158th Aviation Regiment of the U.S. Army Reserve, based in Conroe, Texas.

If you’re an Association of Former Students donor, you help provide hotel accommodations for pilots and crew for home game flyovers. Thank you!

There are many ways that The Association works to support Aggies' gameday experience and bring Aggies together:

  • Away-game Yell Practices on the road with the Texas A&M yell leaders
  • Free All-Aggie Hullabaloo before every home football game on the Haynes Ring Plaza
  • Catered All-Aggie Tailgates at every away football game
  • Class Reunions - up this fall are the Classes of '97, '70, '77, '82, '87 and '92!
  • Financial support for Midnight Yell Practice in Kyle Field before home games.

Join us at an event this fall, and make sure you are getting email invitations to your A&M Class events and local A&M Club events such as the annual Aggie Muster by visiting!
