The Association is currently hiring for a Communications Assistant, Fundraising Assistant, Front End Developer, Campus Programs Specialist, Administrative Assistant to the Vice President and CFO, and more!

 

Communications Assistant

As the Communications Assistant, you will create, revise and publish written, visual and digital content for Association publications and communications channels, including The Association's website and social media accounts. The Communications Assistant prepares obituaries of former students for Texas Aggie magazine and AggieNetwork.com and provides compassionate customer service to the survivors of the deceased. You will also contribute to special events and content projects, serve as a liaison to the Young Alumni Advisory Council and help conceive and execute strategic messaging and content development.

Fundraising Assistant

The Fundraising Assistant will provide support and assistance to the Development team and will serve as the primary contact for all constituent-related matters. In this role, you will serve as a team lead for a variety of fundraising projects and assist with the improvement and development of communication materials for fundraising efforts. You will implement, coordinate and monitor departmental projects and assist the Director of Annual Giving with administrative support and project maintenance.

Front End Developer

The Front End Developer will develop and maintain a rich user experience for AggieNetwork.com to meet the online needs of the 500,000+ members of the Aggie Network. In this role, you will design and build custom web page layouts, create high-quality prototypes and optimize new and existing pages for speed and efficiency.

Campus Programs Specialist

As the Campus Programs Specialist, you will assist with fundraising endeavors and build and enhance life-long relationships with members of the Aggie Network. You will coordinate volunteers for Aggie Ring days and oversee and implement campus events, including GatheRing, Aggie Ring Remembrance, scholarship and beneficiary events and more!

Aggie Ring Program Assistant

The Aggie Ring Program Assistant provides excellent customer service and performs a variety of office duties in the Aggie Ring Program. In this role, you will communicate with Aggie Ring recipients, evaluate records to determine eligibility and assist with Ring delivery procedures by unpacking, inspecting and organizing Rings.

Full-Stack Developer

The Aggie Network spans the entire globe, and our online efforts are vital in ensuring that we reach all Aggies. As the Full-Stack Developer, you will help design and develop AggieNetwork.com, the worldwide digital hub for Aggies. You will create dynamic user experiences via the website architecture that powers the Find An Aggie database, the Aggie Ring order process, the annual Muster roll call, and many other critical components that help connect the 500,000+ members of the worldwide Aggie Network.
