Continuing a tradition that began in 2018, The Association of Former Students will call all names on the Worldwide Muster Roll and answer “Here” for each in a reading that will be livestreamed April 21 on AggieNetwork.com.
The Association began this Worldwide Roll Call to ensure that no names would go unanswered for Muster, a Texas A&M tradition more than a century old. We want to ensure that we are pronouncing the name of your loved one correctly as we honor them in the Worldwide Roll Call.
There are two ways you can share your loved one's name pronunciation with us:
1) Contact Hannah Lang ’18 at 979-845-7514 to share the pronunciation over the phone.
2) If you have a smart phone, you can record an audio file of the name's proper pronunciation. Use the Voice Memos app for iPhone, or download the Voice Recorder app for Android. Email the audio file to SilverTaps@AggieNetwork.com.
The annual Worldwide Roll Call for the Absent includes the names of all Aggies whose deaths have been reported to The Association since the last Muster. Some of those deaths happened more than a year ago but, because the passing was not previously reported, the name is included on this year's roll.
