The Association has shared Aggie Ring distribution plans with April Ring recipients. Read below for some frequently asked questions.
When is Aggie Ring Distribution?
Distribution will take place at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr Alumni Center:
Wednesday, April 7, 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Thursday, April 8, 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Friday, April 9, 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Saturday, April 10, 8:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A Ring Ticket is required for current students during Aggie Ring distribution. Former students will receive an email by April 1 with distribution details.
Aggie Rings will not be available for pick up on Saturday, April 10 after 1 p.m.
I did not receive an email with Ring distribution information. What should I do?
First, check your non-TAMU email account. Also, check your spam or junk folder or promotions tab. The email will be from the Aggie Ring Program. If you still don't see the email, you can access a copy directly at tx.ag/AprilRingDistribution.
What if I can’t log in to my AggieNetwork.com account?
Your username and login are different from your TAMU information. You likely created this login when you ordered your Aggie Ring. If you no longer know your password, you can easily reset it by selecting “reset my password.”
PICK-UP OPTION QUESTIONS
Can I bring any guests?
Each Ring recipient may bring up to two guests with them into the building. We do not encourage you to bring additional guests to campus. The two guests must be accompanied by the Ring recipient in order to enter the restricted area around the Alumni Center, the Haynes Ring Plaza and inside the Alumni Center building.
Where can I park during Aggie Ring Distribution?
The Alumni Center parking lot will be closed. Paid hourly parking is available in University Center Garage and Gene Stallings Blvd. Garage. Dedicated shuttles will not run during Ring Distribution Week.
What health and safety protocols will be in place?
Appropriate protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 will be in place and specifics will be shared in future communications.
What do I need to bring?
You will need your Ring Ticket (printed or on your phone) and two of the following: Aggie Ring Receipt, student ID, driver's license, passport.
What if I need to change my Ring Ticket time?
You can make changes to your Ring Ticket online at tx.ag/RingTicket. You may select from any time that is available.
What if I cannot pick up my Ring on the available days?
You can pick up your Aggie Ring at the Alumni Center during regular business hours on or after April 12 or choose to have your Aggie Ring shipped to you. See below for more shipping information.
Where do I go when I get to the Alumni Center?
Ticket Check will be at the Haynes Ring Plaza. Proceed to the entrance based on your last name.
When should I arrive at the Alumni Center?
Arrive anytime during your Ring Ticket 15-minute timeslot. Please do not arrive early.
What if I miss my Ring Ticket timeslot?
You may select another available Ring Ticket online at tx.ag/RingTicket or pick up your Aggie Ring at the Alumni Center during regular business hours on or after April 12. You may also choose to have your Aggie Ring shipped to you for an additional fee. See below for more shipping information.
What if I want someone else to present my Aggie Ring to me?
We encourage you to bring that person as one of your two guests. You may also choose to delay opening your Aggie Ring box until you are in the presence of the individual you want to present it to you.
Why can't more than two guests come with me to pick up my Aggie Ring?
Typically, we would have over 40,000 guests during a delivery of this size (with more than 6,400 Aggies receiving their Aggie Rings) and given the spread of COVID-19, it would not be responsible for us to encourage additional guests.
DELAYED PICK UP OPTION QUESTIONS
Can I pick up my Aggie Ring on the weekend?
No, the Aggie Ring Program is closed on weekends.
Can I bring any guests if I'm doing delayed pick up?
ONLY the Ring recipient is allowed in the Ring Office for delayed pick up.
What do I need to bring?
You will need two of the following: Aggie Ring Receipt, student ID, driver's license, passport.
SHIPPING OPTION QUESTIONS
I want to have my Aggie Ring shipped to me. Can I email or call you with that information?
To have your Aggie Ring shipped, you must contact the Aggie Ring Program by April 5 with the information below. Current student Rings will be shipped on Monday, April 12 to arrive on Tuesday, April 13.

Rings will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight service. The cost of shipping is $20 in most instances. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
How much does it cost to ship my Aggie Ring?
The shipping fee is $20, in most instances. There are additional costs to ship outside of the continental U.S.
How will I receive my package?
Most Aggie Rings will ship via UPS Next Day Air Shipping and will require an adult signature upon delivery. Any adult will be able to sign for the package at the address provided on the form. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided on the delivery method form.
What if my only address is a P.O. Box, APO or international address?
P.O. BOX: Consider shipping instead to a family member, friend or trusted neighbor. APO OR INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS: Please email AggieRing@AggieNetwork.com to make alternate arrangements.
I did not receive a tracking number. How do I get it?
Your tracking number will be emailed by the shipping company. We expect most will receive that email one business day prior to receiving your package. Tracking updates will be available once your package has been scanned by the shipping company.
I’m concerned my Aggie Ring might get lost in shipping. Is it insured?
Yes, all packages will have shipping insurance coverage and require an adult signature upon delivery. Once signed for, the shipping insurance coverage expires. Balfour, The Association of Former Students, UPS and FedEx are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage.
Can I wait to receive my Aggie Ring at a later Aggie Ring Day?
No, we ask that you pick up your Aggie Ring via our April distribution guidelines. Please understand that we have no way of predicting when operating conditions at Texas A&M will return to normal or what social distancing practices will be required that could impact a later Aggie Ring Day.

The Aggie Ring team will contact you by email by April 1 to arrange distribution details.
What do I do after I get my Aggie Ring?
Please check your Aggie Ring to ensure it agrees with the details on your Aggie Ring receipt. Should you have any concerns with your Aggie Ring, please contact the Aggie Ring Program.
When will I get my Aggie Ring if I attend one of the following Texas A&M campuses: Galveston, Qatar, McAllen or Law?
Each campus will send an email to students regarding their Ring distribution plans.
What are your safety procedures to reduce the spread of COVID-19?
We are aiming for a contactless experience, and our building capacity is greatly reduced to allow for social distancing. Common areas will be sanitized throughout the day. Facial coverings are required inside and outside the Alumni Center.
