Harry was born on September 6, 1940, to Harold and Grace Campbell in Matador, Texas. He was a member of TAEX Specialist Association and the Texas Association of Extension 4-H Agents. His past civic and service associations included Master of Spur Masonic Lodge and Lions Club.

Harry found the love of his life, Marion Francene Nix (Fran) of Kermit, Texas and they married in 1980. They have never been apart for the last 40 years.

Harry enjoyed traveling to different places around the world. He was very enthusiastic about his steaks, medium rare, please. Harry maintained a very strong faith in God. He was always eager to help others. Harry’s biggest passion was his family and life.
