Born June 30, 1936, in Baytown, Texas, Bob was the oldest son of Joseph Edward Beal and Daisy McKay Beal. He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Bobbie June Carroll Beal; daughter Pamela Kay Beal of Dallas; daughter Paige Carroll Kyle, son-in-law Terry Kyle, and grandchildren Hudson Robert Kyle and McKay Carroll Kyle, all of San Antonio; sister Vaudine Beal Dillard of Oklahoma City; sister Dotty Beal Koetter and brother-in-law Skipper Koetter, both of Victoria; sister-in-law Veggie Beal of Austin; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Bob graduated from Cedar Bayou High School, Baytown, in 1954 and Texas A&M University in 1958. A resident of San Antonio since 1967, Bob was a member of Shearer Hills Baptist Church and served his church as Sunday school teacher, youth worker, treasurer, and deacon. Bob loved his dear Savior and his precious family very much. He was employed by H.B. Zachry Company for 31 years, serving as Vice President-Chief Estimator. He was active in several professional construction organizations and served on Advisory Councils at Texas A&M University and at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
