Jack Fink
January 24, 1930 - July 10, 2019

Jack Fink, a lifetime Houstonian (except for his cherished years at Texas A & M) passed away July 10, 2019. He died of complications of Alzheimer’s.

He was born January 24, 1930 to Hyman and Minnie Fink. His father died when he was young, but he had fond memories of growing up with his older brother (Harold), sisters (Babe, Tencie), extended family and best friend, Alfred.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalee and son, Michael. He is survived by his son, Aaron and Perri; grandchildren, Danielle and Noah Kruger, Elyssa and Paul Gottheim and Meyer Fink; great-grandchildren, Nathan and Andrew Kruger and Henry Gottheim.

Jack was a quiet and reserved man, but people were important to him. From his years in the Ramblers, to his poker group to the Beth Yeshurun Morning Minyan, Jack’s friends have always been special to him.

He will be missed.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Beth Yeshurun J.B. Greenfield Chapel Breakfast Fund, Alzheimer’s Association or the charity of your choice.
