Today in Georgetown, Texas, 100 Aggie volunteers + 1,000 catfish meals = dozens of scholarships for future Aggies!

The Williamson County A&M Club has hosted its Fish Fry for an amazing 27 years. Last year, they raised more than $40,500 to send high school students to Texas A&M University from all over “WilCo” – Round Rock, Georgetown, Thrall, Jarrell, Liberty Hill.

They even offer a drive-through so you can take your catfish dinners to go!

If you can’t make it to Georgetown on Friday for the wcamc.com/fishfry, hit up the Comal County A&M Club's tx.ag/ComalFishFry2019 in New Braunfels on Saturday, or Coach’s Night in Dallas (June 18) and Houston (June 19) tx.ag/CoachsNight!

Check out more A&M Club/Association of Former Students events at tx.ag/FBevents. The Association charters and supports more than 250 A&M Clubs worldwide, and every one of those Clubs is run by mighty volunteers like these, putting their “spare" time to incredible uses.

Did you know? – Even though Coach’s Nights feature Texas A&M’s head football coach, they are A&M Club events raising money for non-athletic scholarships to send local students to Aggieland just like the Fish Fry events. The Association and A&M Clubs are extremely grateful to Jimbo Fisher and the many Aggie coaches who have given their time to generate hundreds of thousands of academic scholarship dollars this way.

The Association of Former Students supports A&M Clubs around the world, made possible by gifts to the Century Club. Add your support at tx.ag/give
