Enrique Ospina, 72, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on March 29, 2019. He was born on September 25, 1946 in Bogota, Colombia to Joaquín Ospina and Carmen Gómez. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Sofía; sons César Caballero (Alison) of Little
Rock, AR, Pablo Caballero of Colorado Springs, CO, and Rafael Ospina of Athens, GA; granddaughters Julianna and Kennedy Rose of Little Rock, AR; siblings Juan Manuel Ospina, Jaime Ospina, María Eugenia Ospina, Arturo Ospina, (all of Colombia), and Inés Elvira
Owens of Fresno, CA; and a host of friends and family in the U.S. and Colombia.
Enrique earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in North Carolina and a doctoral degree at Texas A&M. His career in agricultural economics included roles in Texas, Georgia, Washington DC, and Arkansas.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 2 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Ruebel Funeral Home at 6313 W. Markham in Little Rock followed by a recitation of the Rosary at 6:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be officiated by Father John Marconi at Our Lady of the Holy
Souls Catholic Church at 1003 N. Tyler Street in Little Rock on Wednesday, April 3 at 10 a.m.
