2019 Brazos County A&M Club Coaches Night

Don’t miss the Brazos County A&M Club’s Event of the Year! This event will feature Coach Jimbo Fisher and will honor all Texas A&M Coaches (football, basketball, softball, soccer, tennis, swimming, equestrian, and more) – of both women’s and men’s Aggie Athletics teams.

Join us at the Texas A&M Hall of Champions at Kyle Field for an enjoyable evening with other Brazos County Aggie Former Students and friends. This is the largest fundraising event of the year for BCAMC, so your support is crucial to our success in funding new opportunities for scholarships, service, and tradition through the Club. This event is the single-largest source of funding for BCAMC efforts towards its mission of scholarships, service, and tradition. Last year, more than $150,000 was raised!

The evening will feature a special program with keynote speaker Coach Jimbo Fisher, words from Club officers and a past scholarship recipient, as well as a live and silent auction of fabulous items generously donated by Brazos County businesses. Please consider sponsoring a table at one of our three levels or purchasing tickets with a group of friends.

Who: Everyone! This event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

2019 Sponsorship Levels

12th Man Sponsorship - $2500
• Table seating for eight (8) or ten (10), depending on sponsor’s request for seating with a coach
• Invitation to “Meet the Coaches” pre-event Happy Hour.
• High level of visibility on all event marketing, second only to Presenting Sponsor.
• Option to utilize a vendor table in check-in area to provide information about your company.
• Twenty (20) complimentary beverage tickets.
• Table centerpiece to include a complimentary Texas A&M item signed by Coach Fisher.


Maroon Sponsorship - $1500
• Seating for eight (8) or ten (10) including a coach plus guest, subject to availability.
• Marketing visibility and more.


White Sponsorship - $1000
• Guaranteed seating for table of ten (10).
• Visibility on event marketing and program.

Individual Tickets - $75 each
