Charles Ray Britton
March 08, 1943 - November 20, 2018

Charles Ray Britton was born March 8, 1943, in Bryan, Texas. He passed away November 20, 2018, in New Ipswich, New Hampshire. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin High School, he attended Texas A&M University, Class '65, (B.S. in Architecture) and MIT Sloan School of Management (MBA). He was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps, where he served in Vietnam as a navigator on a Phantom. He reached the rank of Captain and was awarded the National Defense Medal, Service Medal, Viet Nam Campaign Medal, Viet Nam Service Medal, and the Air Medal. One thing that is known about Ray is that he was the kindest husband, father, grandfather, and friend you could only hope to have in your life. He taught so many of us life lessons that we plan to carry on in his memory. Family meant everything to Ray. He touched our lives in so many special ways. He retired from Comet School Supplies in 2017 and moved to New Hampshire.
