Last weekend was the Houston Howdy Club’s annual TOOB Trip in New Braunfels. Coming up:

The Association supports A&M Clubs and rounds up many events on our Facebook calendar. Here’s a sampling!

The Southern California Aggies’ annual Beach Bonfire is Aug. 18.

New England Aggies will go apple picking on Sept. 16 in Stow, Massachusetts.

Pedal a keg through downtown Fort Worth with four dozen or more fellow Aggies at the Cowtown Cycle Party.

The Aggies of Las Vegas and of Montgomery County in the Houston area are sending off their Class of 2022 students to Aggieland with fall parties.

Go with Aggies to a baseball game in Frisco or San Diego!

All Aggie Moms are invited to College Station for the fall Federation Aggie Mom Dinner on Aug. 24. The next month, in San Antonio, you can have dinner with Texas A&M’s president, Michael K. Young.

Raise scholarship dollars for future Aggies at a skeet shoot near McAllen, a Western Carolina barbecue, a Kerrville sporting clays shoot, a steak cookoff in Corsicana or the DFW Aggie Golf Classic.

The Starry Night over Aggieland painting party is Aug. 16 in Addison with the Dallas A&M Club.

As football season swings into gear, many of the more than 200 A&M Clubs hold regular watch parties. Find one or list yours at tx.ag/watchparties.

And, here are some photos from the New York Aggies’ recent Backyard Barbecue! About 50 Aggies attended, their Classes ranging from 1963 to 2018.

“From summer interns, to Aggies who have been in the city for a decade, it was a perfect afternoon for everyone to meet new people, see old friends, socialize, network and make connections. Everyone had such a great time that the afternoon turned into the night,” they said. “The club is home away from home for every Aggie. Gig 'em.”

The Association charters and supports A&M Clubs year-round; one example is helping Clubs email thousands of former students inviting them to local Aggie events like these. Make sure your physical address and your email address are up to date at tx.ag/profile to get your local Aggie news! It’s all part of our mission to bring Aggies together and keep our connections strong. Help support Clubs by making a gift at tx.ag/give
