Nominate A Speaker For 2018 Campus Muster Ceremony

Howdy!

The tradition of Aggie Muster falls on April 21 each year. One of the first tasks of Aggie Muster Committee is to select a speaker nominated by current and former students. She or he will address the student body, families, and 50-year reunion members during the campus Muster ceremony. Some examples of past speakers include the original Twelfth Man, E. King Gill '24 (1964), Texas A&M's winning football coach, R.C. Slocum (2016), and last year's speaker, Dr. Eddie Joe Davis '67.

On behalf of Aggie Muster Committee, I would like to extend the opportunity to nominate a speaker for the 2018 Muster Ceremony. While the examples above are among the most well-known Aggies to speak at the on-campus Muster ceremony, I encourage you to consider any speaker who embodies Texas A&M's core values and is connected to our university in a positive way. It is an immense honor to be selected as the campus Muster speaker, and this individual will be responsible for setting the tone in Reed Arena for thousands of Aggies in attendance.
