BCAMC's two biggest events of the year are coming up, and they offer many wonderful chances to get involved, either a little or a lot.

Tonight, the Muster volunteers are meeting at Abuelo's restaurant at 6 p.m. Join them! (There'll be appetizers to share.)

March 20 at the Dixie Chicken, the Coach's Night auction volunteers will have their first meet and greet, starting at 5:30 p.m.!

Watch for more on our Facebook page and website. Here's some more about these two events:

  • BCAMC's Muster will be a large dinner (with Roll Call ceremony and our speaker) for about 600 people on Friday, April 21, in the MSC, and lots of help is needed before and on the day of, setting up, checking guests in, handing out candles and more. Come and learn what you can do to help out!

  • Coach's Night is BCAMC's biggest fundraiser of the year. On June 22, it will feature main speaker Coach Kevin Sumlin and a gala dinner for perhaps some 800 Aggies, family and friends.

Each year, volunteers and donors gather an astonishing array of Aggie items and other cool products, services and more to auction off.

Last year, among a hundred or more items, you could have gotten a Von Miller-signed football, the chance to ride in a WWII tank or have your voicemail message recorded by Dave South. Guess who solicits, acquires, lists and presents all these items? Yup: You do!

And that’s in addition to help needed setting up the other aspects of the event, which is a great chance to socialize and have fun while raising thousands of dollars for local students to attend A&M.

Come get involved!
