The Southwest Classic, featuring your fightin' Texas Aggies against the Arkansas Razorbacks, is Sept. 24!

You headed to Arlington for the game? Make a note of these happenings:

• On Sept. 23, the Dallas A&M Club and Fort Worth Tarrant County A&M Club is hosting the Former Student Club Golf Tournament at Texas Star Golf Course. Lunch is at noon with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. and happy hour at 5 p.m.   More info here: www.dfwaggiegolfclassic.com
   
• Midnight Yell Practice will be held that night in the Fort Worth Stockyards on the Armour-Swift steps at the end of East Exchange Avenue, as in years past.
   
• On Game Day, Sept. 24, the Corps will step off at 10 a.m. for march-in through Downtown Forth Worth.
• The All-Aggie Tailgate is set for 4 p.m. at AT&T Stadium's Silver Lot 14. Come one, come all! Hosted by the Association of Former Students with TxAgs and Aggieland Outfitters, the event is free with the opportunity to donate toward scholarships. For those not attending the game, televisions will be set up at the tailgate.
