Class of '71 Mini Reunion

May 1-2, 2020
College Station, TX

Howdy! The well-being of our former students is of utmost importance to The Association of Former Students. As additional precautions are taken to curb the spread of COVID-19, we have consulted with your Class Agents and are canceling the Class of '71 Mini Reunion. We will begin processing refunds the week of March 16 for all who have previously registered for this event.

HOWDY
The Class of ’71 and their families are invited to attend a Mini Reunion to be held at the Texas A&M Student Rec Center on May 2, to watch the Aggie baseball team face LSU. The doors will open at 5 p.m., with the game starting at 6 p.m.

The program will include catered BBQ by J Cody's, cash bar and a game watch from the A&M Student Rec Center.

The Student Rec Center offers a wonderful view of Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park, with an indoor space and an adjoining outdoor patio. Costs for the Reunion will be $45 a person and includes: venue rental fee, catered meal and bartender. This price does not include admission to Blue Bell Park. We will have the game on the big screen inside, or you can watch it from the patio with your drink. If you want to watch the game in the stadium, you will have to purchase tickets through the 12th Man Foundation.

A block of rooms at the Doug Pitcock ’49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center have been reserved for this event.

The only formal activity planned is the game watch party on Saturday afternoon. Friday and Saturday night are open for informal gatherings of Classmates. The game is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. on Saturday. Final Review will also be happening Saturday morning, so feel free to stop by Simpson Drill Field and see the cadets pass in review.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Reunion, gig ’em!
