ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for the Class of '56 Mini Reunion. Make your reservations by calling directly at 1 (866) 990-0202, before Saturday, March 16. Be sure to reference the group block, Texas A&M Class of ’56 Group Reservations, to receive the special group rate for the weekend. You can also reach out to the hotel through email at stay@innonbaronscreek.com, should you experience any issues. Call and make your reservation today as many of the hotels fill up fast!

REUNION CHECK IN & REGISTRATION
After securing your room reservation, you can print out and return the Reunion Registration Form by mail to The Association of Former Students, PO Box 10005., College Station, TX 77842, ATTN: Class of '56 Reunion; FAX 979-845-9263; or you can register online. If you have any questions, please contact the Former Student Programs office at The Association of Former Students at (800) 633-7514. 

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion. Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the March 28 deadline. All registrations received after this deadline are subject to availability, and will incur a $10 late fee.

Monday Class Dinner- 
Ranch salad with red onion & tomatoes, meatloaf with southern style tomato gravy, buttermilk garlic mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon, assorted rolls & butter, and old fashioned lemon cake.

Tuesday Class Dinner- 
Romaine salad with creamy green onion dressings, chips & homemade chipotle salsa, king ranch chicken casserole, and cinnamon chocolate cake.

Wednesday Class Dinner- 
Cucumber & dill salad, garden salad with 2 dressings, bratwurst, homemade Jaeger schnitzel with mushroom sauce, sauerkraut with caraway, hot German potato salad, haricot vert with bacon, rolls & butter, and black forest cake.

GOLF OUTING
Golf will be available at the local Lady Bird Golf Course on Tuesday, the 16th  and Wednesday, April 17. If you plan to play, please contact Paul Holladay at (713) 857-4487 or charstitcher@aol.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800) 633-7514 no later than 12:00 p.m. on March 28, 2019. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of your registration fee. Registration changes after the March 28, deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
