A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for the Class of '53 Mini Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the Bryan Fairfield Inn directly before November 5, 2015 at 979-268-1552. Be sure to reference Class of 1953 Mini Reunion to receive the rate of $109.99 per night, plus tax. After securing your room reservation, you can print out and return the Reunion Registration Form by mail to The Association of Former Students, PO Box 10005., College Station, TX 77842, ATTN: Class of '53 Mini Reunion; FAX 979-845-9263; or you can register online by clicking here. If you have any questions, please contact the Former Student Programs office at The Association of Former Students at 800-633-7514.
Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion Check-In Desk, which will open at the times listed on the schedule of events. Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the November 8 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $10 late fee.
PARKING
While on campus, you may park in the University Center Garage, Koldus, or West Campus Garage. Please note that Friday, Nov. 20 is also Ring Day. Please plan accordingly when attending the dinner at the Corps Center. For more information on parking, please visit transport.tamu.edu
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is on your own. Please check with your respective hotel regarding their shuttle, if they have one.
ATTIRE
Your Mini Reunion is going to be a fun, casual affair. Feel free to dress comfortably as you will be walking across campus and watching the game. Dress for game day is Aggie attire. Be sure to check the weather forecast before making your way to College Station to pack accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800-633-7514) no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 15, 2015. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of a small handling fee. Registration changes after the November 15, deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
