G. Ross Frazer ’77 is vice president of engineering and director of UK projects for ATP Oil & Gas Corporation in Houston and Guildford, Surrey, UK. He has been employed in the oil and gas industry since graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering.
Carol Fox Frazer ’77 graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. Upon graduation, she was employed with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. and was part of the team that designed the 1980 expansion of Kyle Field. She later retired from engineering to become a full-time mom and volunteers in a variety of community organizations.
I believe that Texas A&M can become one of the best universities in the world. I would like to help that happen since my experiences at A&M have benefited me throughout my enjoyable career and adult life. I have such fond memories of my years there and am extremely proud to be an Aggie. Since we have a daughter who is a student now, I am even more motivated to help the school reach its full potential.

Steven graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Accounting in 1977. He then continued his education by receiving his Masters in Finance from the University of Houston at Clear Lake City. Steven worked in the energy business for Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and Enron in accounting, internal audit and marketing roles for over 25 years. He now serves as CFO of Pro-Vision, a ministry in Houston that inspires hope and purpose to the underserved of Houston through charter school, character development and job training programs. Steven feels that he has been blessed and hopes that this endowment will provide students an opportunity that they wouldn’t otherwise have. Steven strives to exhibit the character, excellence and selflessness that a great Texas Aggie possesses.

Ray Rothrock graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering. Following graduation he received his Masters of Science from MIT in Nuclear Engineering, and completed his education at Harvard Business School in 1988 receiving his MBA with Distinction. Ray has had a very successful career serving as an engineer and a marketing manager for many corporations. Currently he is serving as a general partner of Venrock Associates. His Non-Business directorships and trusteeships include great honors serving on the Board of Director for The Association of Former Students’, as a trustee for the Texas A&M Foundation, and as the National Venture Capital Association, Director & Chair Elect 2012. He truly exemplifies the role of an Aggie through his dedication to giving back to those that have impacted his life.

Maj. Gen. David Rubenstein ’77 graduated from Texas A&M University in 1977 with a degree in health education. As a student, he was the commanding officer of Rudder’s Rangers. A graduate of the Army War College, he also earned master’s degrees in health administration from Baylor University and military art and science from the Army’s Command and General Staff College. David is the commanding general for the U.S. Army Medical Department Center & School. In addition, he serves concurrently as the chief of the Army Medical Service Corps. Prior to this appointment, he served as the U.S. Army’s deputy surgeon general as well as the commanding general of Europe Regional Medical Command in Heidelberg, Germany, and command surgeon for United States Army, Europe and 7th Army. His professional credentials include being a board certified healthcare executive who has served as Chairman of the Board of the 37,000-member American College of Healthcare Executives. David has served as Muster Chair in Fort Bragg, N.C.; Seatle-Tacoma, Wash.; and Hurtgen Forest, Germany. He is a member of the Corps of Cadets Association and is a guest lecturer to Texas A&M’s Army ROTC cadets and School of Rural Public Health. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Association of Former Students. David and his wife, Pat, have two children, Sarah ’04 and William.

After graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology, R. Scott Sarine worked for Day Break Construction as Vice President until 1982. He has had various jobs in construction and is currently Division President of Buster Paving Division of APAC-Texas, Inc. Lindy Sarine graduated from Texas A&M with an Elementary Education degree in 1977.

John P. Williams ’77 is the Chair of Anesthesiology for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (the largest academic department of its kind in the United States). John graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s of science degree in zoology. He continued his education at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where he received his M.D. John completed four years of postgraduate work through an internship and residency in Houston and a fellowship in London, England. Since graduation, John has held numerous leadership positions in academia and healthcare organizations in Houston, California, and Pennsylvania.

After retiring from the U.S. Army, he completed a master’s in Urban Planning at Texas A&M. He then worked as a research associate with the Texas Transportation Institute until his retirement. Margaret Ann attended Lamar University and Texas Women’s University. This endowment is given in honor of their family.
Seguin, TX
Travis Cox graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Physical Education and received his M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. He is President of Professional Therapy Services of Texas, Inc. and a past Vice Chairman for the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Cox is an Advisory Board Member of the 12th Man Foundation and past President of the Guadalupe County A&M Club.

Charles Ellison served as 2004 President of The Association of Former Students. He graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A in finance. After graduating from the Texas Tech School of Law, Ellison is an “AV” rated lawyer by Martindale Hubble and practices his own firm of Charles A. Ellison, P.C. He is a past board member of the Brazos County A&M Club and has served on the University Corps Development Council. His wife, Tedi ’90, is the Texas A&M former Director of Athletic Compliance.

William Flores served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Director of Marine Drilling Companies in Sugarland, Texas. He previously worked with Keyes Offshore Companies, American Broadcasting Companies, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Flores earned his MBA in Finance from Houston Baptist University and served as a Class Agent for the Class of ’76.

Mike graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology in 1976. He is the President of Metro Custom Plastics, a plastic injection molding manufacturing company in Arlington. Mike is a Retired Captain in the United States Army Reserves, Corps of Engineers. Prior to serving on The Association’s Board of Directors, he was a member of The Association’s Constituent Network Task Committee as well as the College of Science Advisory Board. An Eagle Scout, Mike is a recruiter for Texas A&M’s Corps of Cadets and has served on the Corps Development Council.

David A. Heath '76 of Austin, TX was a National Merit Scholar and graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education, and earned a master's degree in the same field in 1979. He was Texas A&M's first full-time assistant athletic trainer and was later named Head Athletic Trainer for all men's and women's sports within the university.
David spent eight years with Adidas before joining Nike as a regional apparel sales manager in Dallas in 1990. He directed Nike's U.S. territory sales, managed the U.S. equipment division and directed commerce in the Americas region before he became Vice President for U.S. Sales in 2004 where he led the wholesale business of Nike branded footwear, apparel and equipment sales. In February 2007, David was promoted to Vice President for Global Sales where he was responsible for over $16 billion in sales revenue in the four global operating regions. Prior to his retirement in 2009, David managed global HR planning for the entire sales organization, as well as designed and implemented all go-to-market strategies to interface with wholesale customers with his primary day-to-day focus being on the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, China, India, Russia and Brazil.
A community volunteer, David has been active with the Boy Scouts of America for many years. Having served on various corporate executive boards and being a Habitat for Humanity volunteer, David has twice hosted the "How to Interview with Corporate America" session with Texas A&M University's Mays Business School MBA students and is a regular Executive Professor. A third-generation Aggie, David followed in the footsteps of his father, James A. Heath '40 and two great uncles who graduated in the 1920s. He and his wife, Andrea, have two sons, Joel '05 and Todd '07.

Tom Henry graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Economics in 1976 and received his MBA from Sam Houston State University in 1990. Tom served in the United States Army, 1st Cavalry Division from 1976 – 1980. Tom retired from Exxon Mobil in 2009, after a 29 year career with Exxon Corporation. Tom has served on several boards such as the Huntsville ISD Board, Friends of the Old Town Theater in Huntsville and the Texas Aggie Band Association. Tom and his wife Lynda reside in Huntsville and have two daughters and sons-in-law, Chris Ann ’00 and Lucas ’00 Stroech and Traci ’06 and Morgan ’06 Hinchcliffe.

Ronald Hilton ’76 is president of Maintenance Facility Consultants and owner of Wellsco Enterprises, Inc. He graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelors degree in environmental design and a Masters in education in 1978. In 1977, Ronald was commissioned in the United States Army and served in the reserves until 1985. From 1978 – 1981 he worked as the Housing Office Coordinator in the Corps Area and Assistant to the Commandant.
His wife, Susan ’77 graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. From 1978 – 1981, Susan worked in the Academic Counseling Center and in the President’s Office at Texas A&M University. Presently she is the owner of WellsCo. Enterprises, Inc.
We wanted to give something that would continue to grow and provide a benefit for years to come. Texas A&M provided both of us the educational and inter-personal skills necessary to be successful and we want to help continue the opportunity for other young men and women.

Joel W. Kiker ’76 graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. Since graduation, Joel has been working for ExxonMobil and has held various engineering positions in civil, drilling, facilities and subsurface engineering. He is currently serving in the ExxonMobil global drilling organization responsible for drilling operations in the Far East, U.S. and Western Canada.
His wife, Karen G. Kiker ’76, graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in education and in 1984 received her master’s degree in counseling from Corpus Christi State University. Before her children she taught for seven years in four different Texas school districts, and after she volunteered, substituted and taught in the schools of Conroe ISD.
Joel - I attended Texas A&M because it had an excellent reputation for engineering, was most affordable, was without exception the most friendly campus I visited, was true to the values and ethics I strongly believed in and still do – faith, honesty, integrity, hard work, caring and service to others. Karen – I attend Texas A&M because it was affordable and also because in 1972 when I entered I was among the first women to live on campus in Krueger Hall and the challenge to be able to go where other women had not been before was exciting.

Beverly Hawks McMillen is a retired accountant from Connecticut College. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 1976 with a B.B.A. degree in accounting and received her CPA from the University of Texas in 1980. Throughout her career, she held various accounting positions in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.

Buzz Miller ’76 is President and Manager of Allen & Allen Company which specializes in building supplies and decorative hardware. Buzz is the Immediate Past President of The Association of Former Students and has served on the Board of Directors for the last four years as Chairman of the Fundraising Committee, President-Elect and as a member of the Executive Committee. He is also an active member of the Texas A&M University’s Agricultural Development Council and the International Program External Advisory Board.
Texas A&M University has given so much to our family that Connie and I decided it was time to give something back in return. By supporting The Association of Former Students we felt like we were not only supporting current students and programs, but were also helping perpetuate the Aggie network and spirit which is the essence of Texas A&M University. It’s given me and my family an opportunity to be a part of something special. The whole “Aggie” experience is one of education, traditions and service. Being an Aggie is forever.

Bill is a 1976 graduate of Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Bill served in the United States Army as a field artillery officer for four years in Germany before joining Procter & Gamble in 1980. He was one of the key architects of P&G’s industry leading joint business development approach with its customers. Bill has since served in general manager roles for P&G in most regions of the world. In addition to having served as a Representative at Large for The Association of Former Students, Bill served as a member of Texas A&M University’s Vision 2020 Task Force and the President’s Vision 2020 Advisory Council.
