    Antarctica

Antarctica defines the word “wildness.” A vast expanse of exquisite ice, populated by wildlife that has adapted to life in extraordinary fashion to the cold, Antarctica is a place that you simply must visit at some point in your life.

This coming February, join the Texas A&M Association of Former Students aboard the Clipper Adventurer as we embark on a unique voyage of discovery. This Antarctic adventure is the perfect expedition for those that have never visited Antarctica, taking in the Peninsula’s highlights on shore excursions and glacier cruises.

Leaving the Clipper Adventurer usually twice daily, visit penguin rookeries, watch for whales, and feel salt spray your face as your Zodiac weaves around grounded icebergs. Perhaps you’ll take a polar plunge in volcanically heated waters, climb a craggy hill for a panoramic view of an icy harbor, or simply rest on an isolated beach surrounded by curious penguins.
