David Hugo Beyer 
October 29, 1947 – November 19, 2022

David Beyer, 75, of Stephenville, Texas, passed away on November 19, 2022. David was born on October 29, 1947 to Hugo and Lydia Beyer in Taylor, Texas.

After David graduated from Taylor High School, he attended Texas A&M University where he received a degree in agricultural engineering. He worked for the USDA NRCS for 42 years. He married Reta Holley in 1969. They went on to have two sons, Jason and Wayne.

David was preceded in death by his parents Hugo and Lydia Beyer.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Reta; his sisters Dorthy Fischer and husband Harold, and Jeanette Janke and husband Robert; son Jason Beyer, wife Wynona, and granddaughters Ainsley and Bethany; son Wayne Beyer, wife Brandy; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Riley Funeral Home, 402 W. Main, Hamilton, Texas, on Tuesday, November 22 at 2pm. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 22 at 1pm.
