Leslie T. Willhelm

January 24, 1924 - January 14, 2023

Leslie T. "Willie" Willhelm went to be with his Heavenly Father on January 14, 2023. He was 98 years old.

He is survived by his daughter Pamela Kehoe, son Stephen Willhelm, and wife Leigh, grandchildren Gabrielle Willhelm and husband Joseph Anderson, Patrick Kehoe, and Bryce Willhelm and wife Madison Streetman.

His career spanned 52 years in sales/marketing jobs for Wyatt Industries and Allied Industries with a time out to fly B-25's during World War II in the pacific and earn a B.S. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Texas A&M.

Willie enjoyed golf and played many of the top golf courses throughout the USA and also skied until age 72 at many of the major resorts. During his young life he was a top softball pitcher and was inducted into the Houston Softball Legends Hall of Fame.

He spent many years as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and delivered Meals on Wheels. In addition he regularly helped friends and neighbors with miscellaneous chores.

He was a long-time member of West University Masonic Lodge #1292, The Champions Golf Club, and Windwood Presbyterian Church.

A memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held at Windwood Presbyterian Church, at 2:00 pm on March 4, 2023. The address is 10555 Spring Cypress Rd., Houston, TX 77070. There will be a reception after the service at the church.
