William "Bill" Fuller, III
September 9, 1962 ~ July 18, 2022

William “Bill” Fuller III, 59, of Zionsville, IN, passed away July 18, 2022, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Born in Fort Worth, TX on September 9, 1962, to William Fuller Jr and Gaye Fuller, Bill attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated in 1985 with a degree in Petroleum Engineering.  He was an avid Aggie supporter of all things Aggie and a 12th Man Foundation Champions Council Member and 1922 Fund contributor.  After a short stint working in the oil field, he returned to Texas A&M where he met his wife, Connie, and graduated with his MBA in 1988. His 30-plus-year career in the wire and cable industry afforded him and his family the opportunity to move throughout the Midwest, making great friends along the way. He will be dearly missed.

Bill was a Christ-centered, faith-driven man who deeply loved his family. He found great joy in supporting his three children in all of their endeavors. He had a quick wit and was known for his huge heart and work ethic. He was an avid volunteer at Traders Point Christian Church, where he worked with the weekend safety team, foster care community, and auditorium team.

Bill had a deep love for sports. He loved hanging out with friends and playing outdoor games. Bill also loved attending Colts games with family and friends (although his heart has always remained loyal to the Cowboys!). He was a Chicago Cubs season ticket holder and attended as many Aggie events as he could!

Bill enjoyed traveling. Growing up he visited all the states, and as an adult traveled around the world. In all of his travels, one of his favorite places was the family lakehouse on Lake LBJ. He found great joy sitting on the back deck with his family watching sports games and admiring the sunsets.

Bill is survived by his wife of 30 years, Connie (nee Rouse) Fuller; children, Kathleen, Brian and Scott (Jordan) Fuller; a grandchild on the way; mother, Gaye Fuller; siblings, Mary Fuller and Bob Fuller; and many nieces and nephews.

Bill is preceded in death by his father, William Fuller Jr; sister-in-law, Lorainne Fuller; and his mother-in-law, Julie Rouse.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Wheeler Mission in honor of Bill.

The funeral service will be held at Traders Point Christian Church, 6590 S Indianapolis Rd, Whitestown, IN, at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 22. All are welcome and invited to stay after to visit with the family.
