Charles Stephens Saxe, Jr.
July 8, 1963 – June 17, 2022

Charles “Chuck” Stephens Saxe Jr, 58 years old, of Conroe TX, passed away 6/17/2022.
Charles was born in Albany GA on 7/8/1963. Charles graduated high school from Northwest Academy and received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

Charles was married to Margaret MacLeod on 1/13/1996.

From a young age, Charles desired to work on large construction projects, and he fulfilled this goal with a variety of companies. He began as a scheduler and culminated his career as a Project Controls Manager. Charles was an expert in his field and was fortunate to travel the USA and multiple countries all over the world building the projects that he loved.

Charles enjoyed local politics and was a sitting member of Rayford Road MUD board.

Charles had a passion for God, Family, Hunting, Fishing [Especially with his dad and son], fast cars and cooking. He loved to cook Cajun food, seafood and to smoke meat on his self-built smoker. Cooking for others brought him great joy.

Charles was a member of the Corps of Cadets at A&M in Squadron 6 and Squadron 13. Charles loved Texas A&M, its football team, and the Corps with all his heart.

Charles had an outlook on life that was very realistic. He looked at events as they happened to keep his family safe during every encounter that came their way. Charles had a common sense that is seldom common practice these days. Charles greatest qualities were his love for God, his family, and his ability to make friends. He had a special love of Kanakuk Kamps, and the ministry of Joe White. He and his family have had close ties with Kanakuk for decades, and Charles knew the value of Kanakuk ministries. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend. Everywhere Charles went he touched lives, and he never missed an opportunity to witness for God. He will be greatly missed by all he knew and loved.

Charles was preceded in death by his father Charles Stephens Saxe DVM.

Charles is survived by his Mother, Susan Saxe, Wife Margaret Saxe, Daughter Savannah Saxe (Eric), Son Charles Stephens Saxe III, Brother Scott Saxe (Lynn), Brother Michael Saxe (Edurne), and a large extended family.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm, 7/9/2022, at Forest Park Funeral Home, The Woodlands.

In remembrance of Charles’ life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Charles Stephens Saxe Scholarship Endowment at Kanakuk Ministries c/o Kanakuk Kamps 1353 Lakeshore Dr. Branson, MO. 65616.
