David J. Berge
November 8, 1960 - January 18, 2022

David Joseph Berge, age 61, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on November 8, 1960 in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Sigurd M. Berge.

Left to cherish his memory are: his beloved mother, Bertha Elena Berge, his sister, Diana Corona and her husband, Joe Corona, his two nephews: Abel Corona and Andrew Corona, aunts: Patricia Todd and Irene Perez, and numerous cousins and friends.

David graduated from Texas A&M as an Electronic Engineer. David loved being outdoors; he enjoyed bike riding, swimming, and walking. He enjoyed all sports. David loved writing and reading. David also loved music and enjoyed playing the piano/organ. David was an avid traveler. He loved spending quality time with his family and friends. David was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. David will be missed by all who knew him.

Gentlemen with the honor of pallbearers are: Joe Corona, Abel Corona, Andrew Corona, Terry Proctor, Luis Balderas, and Domingo Balderas.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2022, 9:00am to 10:30am at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Interment will follow in the Berge Family Plot at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
