Henry Christian Brandt, Jr.

Memorial services for Mr. Henry Christian Brandt, Jr., 92, of Houston, TX, will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, May 14, 2022, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Houston, TX, with the Reverend Patrick Miller along with Kathy, Chris, Robert and Marianne Brandt officiating.

Mr. Brandt was born September 6, 1929, in Houston, Texas, and passed away on May 3, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe, LA. He was a founding member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Brandt was an icon in the Texas Construction Industry for 60 years, an avid pilot and a lifelong hunter. He served his country in the Air Force and was a die-hard A & M Aggie graduate.

Mr. Brandt was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Christian Brandt, Sr. and Mary Kanary Brandt.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Cain Brandt; mother of his children, Peggy Wildhaber and husband Roger; sons, Chris Brandt, III and wife Michaela, Robert Brandt and wife Vicky; daughter, Marianne Brandt Domec; stepson, Marshall Cain and wife Julie; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
