William Buchanan Wilson

April 5, 1918 - August 20, 2010

William B. Wilson, 92, of Vidor died Friday, August 20, 2010 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home. A native of Ellisville, MS, he was a longtime resident of Katy, TX before moving to Vidor two years ago. William was a retired manager for Borden Milk Company in Beaumont and was a member of the Vidor Freeway Church of Christ. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a 1940 Texas A&M graduate.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 23, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.

William is survived by his wife Lorraine Wilson of Vidor, TX, sons Richard Wilson of Redondo Beach, CA, John Wilson Fort Collins, CO, daughter Frances Bryant of Vidor, TX, brothers Riley Wilson of Longview, TX, Lloyd Wilson of Allen, TX, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
