Edward attended Texas A&M and was a member of A Company Ordinance, Class of ’54. After graduating with a BS in Agricultural Engineering, he served in the U.S. Army until 1963 at which time he relocated his family to his hometown, Harlingen, Texas. It was here that he and his wife, Chong, established a new home and raised their three boys. After many years of service, Edward retired from Tri-Pak Machinery in 2014.

One of his proudest achievements was earning his Silver Beaver Award.

In their Golden Years Edward and Chong enjoyed traveling across Texas, camping in numerous state and national parks, hiking in the Chisos Mountains, and visiting family.

To his final days, Edward was so very proud to be a Texas Aggie!
